Before you begin
This form collects the information we need to prepare and manage your marriage application in Denmark.
Both partners will be asked separately. Please have the personal details and travel documents of both Partner 1 and Partner 2 available before you start.
It helps to have the following ready: passports or EU/EEA ID cards, current address and citizenship details, information about previous marriages or civil partnerships (if applicable), details about your relationship and any children you have together, as well as information about your current or previous stays in Denmark.
You don’t need to upload everything right away. Based on your answers, we will show you which documents are required. You can then upload the relevant documents in the upload section.
Any documents that require your signature, such as the Power of Attorney, will be provided to you separately for download and signing.
